Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's eastern suburbs.
Matthew Lafroy, aged 53, was last seen on Botany Road, Randwick, about 10.10am on Friday 9 January 2026.
Unable to be located or contacted since, officers attached to Eastern Beaches Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for Matthew's welfare.
Matthew is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm tall, of a medium build, with short brown hair.
He was last seen wearing dark-coloured clothing.
Matthew is known to frequent Randwick Plaza and surrounding parks in the vicinity of Randwick.
