Police Appeal To Locate Man Missing From Darlinghurst 4 August

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's inner east.

Omar Wahab, aged 28, was last seen at a hospital on Victoria Street, Darlinghurst, about 10pm on Saturday (1 August 2026).

When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Kings Cross Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police hold concerns for Omar's welfare as he lives with medical conditions.

He is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, about 175cm tall, of medium build with brown hair.

He is known to frequent the Greenacre, Brighton, Bankstown, North Bondi, and Sydney CBD areas.
