Police Appeal To Locate Man Missing From Coonabarabran

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from the state's west.

Theo Bauma, aged 69, was last seen at the intersection of Drummond Street and Dawson Street, Coonabarabran, about 5.30pm yesterday (Saturday 12 September 2026).

Officers attached to Orana Mid-Western Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Theo's welfare as his disappearance is out of character.

Theo is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 185cm tall, of large build, with grey balding hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and black shoes.

Inquiries established he may be riding a black e-bike.
