Police appeal to locate man missing from Marrickville

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's inner west.

Michael Morell, aged 47, was last seen near the intersection of Wardell and Marrickville Roads, Marrickville, about 12.50pm today (Saturday 29 October 2022).

When he could not be located, officers from Inner West Police Area Command were notified and immediately commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for his welfare as he lives with cerebral palsy and a number of medical conditions.

Michael is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 175cm tall, of medium build, balding shoulder length dark brown greying hair, and a grey beard.

He was last seen wearing a grey jumper, black tracksuit pants with a bull logo.

Michael is known to frequent The Rocks, Darling Harbor, Coogee and other beaches.
