Police appeal to locate man missing from Manly Vale

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Manly Vale.

Arthur Barnes, aged 77, was last seen leaving an aged-care facility on Gordon Street, Manly Vale, about 9.30am today (Saturday 6 November 2021).

After failing to return, officers attached to Northern Beaches Police Area Command commenced inquiries to locate him.

Family and police hold concerns for Arthur's welfare due to him living with medical conditions which may make him appear confused.

Arthur is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165cm tall, of medium build, with grey hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing jeans and an orange shirt.

Arthur is known to frequent the Manly Vale, Newport and Warringah areas.
