Police appeal to locate man missing from Old Guildford

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing in Sydney's west.

Julian Attard, aged 87, was last seen by his family at a home on Morven Street, Old Guildford, about 1pm on Saturday 12 September 2020.

His family contacted police after he was unable to be located at the house, and they have concerns for his welfare.

Mr Attard may be travelling towards the Gosford area in a 2003 silver Mazda Tribute with NSW registration BP B9 3E.

Officers from Fairfield City Police Area Command are conducting inquiries and are appealing for public assistance to locate him.

Mr Attard is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 150cm to 155cm tall, thin build with grey hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing blue tracksuit jumper and black pants.

Anyone who sees him or the vehicle, or believes they know his whereabouts, is urged to contact police.
