Police are appealing for public information to find a man missing from Sydney's South West.
Mr Van Dong Phan, aged 88, was last seen at his home on Park Road, Cabramatta, about 6.30pm today (Sunday 11 July 2021).
Officers from Fairfield Police Area Command were notified of his disappearance and have commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family have concerns for Van as he lives with dementia.
He is known to frequent Smart Street, Fairfield.
Van is described as being of Asian appearance, about 170cm tall, thin build, grey hair and walks very slowly.
He was last seen wearing a grey baseball cap, grey jumper, grey tracksuit pants and navy blue slippers.
Police are urging anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact Fairfield Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
