Police Appeal To Locate Missing Man In Sydney City

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's CBD.

About 10am today (Saturday 24 February 2024), a mobile phone was found on the Sea Cliff Bridge, Wollongong, by a member of the public, who then handed the phone in to Sutherland Police Station.

Initial inquiries revealed the phone belonged to 32-year-old, Gustianto Wiyaya.

Unable to be located or contacted, Gustianto was reported missing to officers attached to Sydney City Police Area Command, who are continuing to make inquiries to locate him.

Gustianto was last seen on Liverpool Street, Sydney, about 8.30am yesterday (Friday 23 February 2024).

Police and family hold serious concerns for his welfare.

Gustianto is described as being of Asian appearance, about 170- 180cm tall, of slim build, with short black hair.
