Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Rhodes.
Koon Yang, aged 77, was last seen about 8am yesterday (Monday 11 April 2022) at his home on Shoreline Drive.
His family reported him missing to police later that evening when they hadn't seen or heard from him.
Officers attached to Ryde and Burwood Police Area Command commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for Koon's welfare as he lives with a medical condition.
Koon is described as being of Asian appearance, of thin build, approximately 156cm to 170cm tall, with black hair. It is not known what he was last wearing.
Koon's jacket was located at a boat ramp at Rhodes Wharf on Blaxland Road at 8am today (Tuesday 12 April 2022).
