Police appeal to locate missing teen near Armidale

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teen missing near Armidale.

Benjamin (a.k.a. Jack) Booth, aged 16, was last at a home in Uralla, approximately 20km south of Armidale, about 1pm today (Saturday 24 September 2022).

When he failed to return home, officers from New England Police District were notified and commenced inquiries to locate him.

Family and police hold concerns for Benjamin's welfare as he lives with a number of medical conditions.

He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 150cm tall, of slim build, and has black hair.

He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants and black boots. The shirt he was last seen wearing is the same shirt depicted in his photo on the NSWPF social media pages.

Anyone who may have seen Benjamin or who may know of his whereabouts is urged to contact police.
