Police appeal to locate missing teen - Ryde PAC

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenager missing from Sydney's west.

Elliot Burfield, aged 16, was last seen at Parramatta Railway Station about 9pm yesterday (Thursday 19 January 2023).

When he did not return home and could not be contacted, officers from Ryde Police Area Command were notified and commenced an investigate to locate him.

Family and police hold serious concerns for his welfare.

Elliot is described as being of Asian appearance, about 165cm tall, of thin build, with black hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black shorts, white Nike-brand shoes, a black Nike-brand hat and was carrying a black backpack.

He is known to frequent the Cherrybrook, Glenorie, Bella Vista and Blacktown areas.

Anyone who sees Elliot or has any information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Ryde police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
