Police appeal to locate missing teenager at Guildford

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenager missing from Sydney's west.

Josevata Tabanidalo, aged 13, was last seen leaving his home on Woodstock Street, Guildford, about 11am Thursday 3 February 2022.

When he failed to return home, officers from Cumberland Police Area Command have commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Josevata has been in contact with family intermittently, however his whereabouts remain unknown.

Police and family hold concerns for his welfare due to his age.

Josevata is described as being of Pacific Islander / Maori in appearance, about 170cm tall, of thin build, with black hair.

He was last seen wearing red track pants, red Nike jumper and a small side bag.

Anyone who may have seen Josevata or has information on his whereabouts, is urged to contact police or call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
