Police appeal to locate missing teenager from Parramatta

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teen missing from Sydney west.

Mia Temel, aged 13, was last seen at her school on Macarthur Street, Parramatta, about 10am today (Thursday 28 July 2022).

Unable to be located since, Mia was reported missing to officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command, who commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Mia's welfare due to her age.

Mia is described as Caucasian appearance, 140-145cm, medium build, long brown hair and blue eyes.

She was last seen wearing a school uniform consisting of a navy blue jumper, white polo shirt and navy blue jeans.

Mia is known to frequent the Parramatta, Blacktown and Seven Hills areas.

Anyone with information into Mia's whereabouts is urged to contact Blacktown Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
