Police appeal to locate missing teenager from Yass

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from the state's south.

Rachael Widdows, aged 13, was last seen about 6.45am yesterday (Monday 14 November 2022) at a home in Yass.

When she could not be located, officers attached to The Hume Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for her welfare due to her young age.

Rachael is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 180-185cm tall with slim build, and long light brown hair.
