Police appeal to locate missing teenager - Ryde PAC

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Sydney's west.

Maiya Connolly, aged 14, was last seen on Thursday 9 February 2023 in Forsyth Street, Belmore.

She was reported missing yesterday (Friday 24 February 2023) to officers from Ryde Police Area Command who have commenced an investigation into her whereabouts.

Serious concerns are held for Maiya's welfare due to her young age.

Maiya is described as Pacific Islander in appearance, medium build and long dark hair.

She was last seen wearing a black top and denim shorts.

Maiya is known to frequent the Marsfield, Ashfield, Belmore, Orange and Bathurst areas

Anyone with information about Maiya's whereabouts is urged to contact Ryde Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
