Police appeal to locate missing woman at Auburn

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's south-west.

Yu-Ping Wang, aged 37, was last seen leaving a hospital on Norval Street, Auburn, about 4pm on Tuesday 28 September 2021.

She was reported missing to officers from Auburn Police Area Command on Thursday 30 September 2021, when she did not return and could not be located at her unit on Northumberland Road, Auburn.

An investigation commenced into her whereabouts however, Yu-Ping has not been located.

Police hold concerns for her welfare.

Yu-Ping is described as being of Asian appearance, of thin build, with long light brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black pants, a black jumper with grey stripes and black boots.

Anyone who sees Yu-Ping or knows of her whereabouts is urged to contact Auburn Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
