Police appeal to locate missing woman - Shoal Bay

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from the state's Hunter region.

Madeline Woods, aged 57, was last believed to be leaving a business on Rocky Point Road, Fingal Bay, and walking towards Shoal Bay, around 6.30pm yesterday (Wednesday 19 July 2023).

When she could not be located, officers attached to Port Stephens-Hunter Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for her welfare.

Madeline is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165cm tall, thin build, blonde hair, and has brown eyes.
