Police Appeal To Locate Teen Missing From Annandale

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from Sydney's inner west.

Kynan Benson, aged 16, was last seen on at a school in Annandale, about 2.45pm yesterday (Wednesday 2 September 2026).

When he was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Leichhardt Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Kynan's welfare due to his age.

He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, of medium build, with short blond/brown hair, and blue eyes.

Kynan was last seen wearing a red cap, black hoodie, black or grey tracksuit and black shoes.

He is known to frequent the Leichhardt, Annadale and Waterloo areas.
