Police appeal to locate teen missing from Lakemba

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Sydney’s south west.

Skye Gagliardi, aged 13, was last seen at her home on Taylor Street, Lakemba, about 11.30am yesterday (Sunday 22 May 2022).

When Skye failed to return home, officers from Campsie Police Area Command were notified today (Monday 23 May 2022) and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for her welfare due to her age.

Skye is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 150cm to 155cm tall, slim build, with long brown hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing black ripped jeans, a blue hoodie with the brand ‘Ellesse” or ‘Essentials’ printed on the front, and black Nike Air Max shoes.

Skye is known to frequent the Blacktown, Mt Druitt, Westmead and Parramatta areas.
