Police appeal to locate teen missing from Sydney's west 18 September

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teen missing from Sydney's west.

Jacob Black, aged 17, was last seen in Quakers Hill, about 8.30pm Wednesday (14 September 2022).

When he did not return home, officers attached to Mount Druitt Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into Jacob's whereabouts.

Police and family have concerns for Jacob's welfare.

He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, of medium build and has black hair.
