Police appeal to locate teen missing from south-western Sydney

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenager missing from Sydney's south-west.

Izack Carter, aged 14, was last seen at a home in Smithfield about 5.45pm yesterday (Saturday 12 November 2022).

When he could not be located, officers from Fairfield City Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for his welfare due to his age.

Izack is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, with a fair complexion, 175cm-180cm tall, with a medium build and dark hair and eyes.

He was last seen wearing black shorts and a black t-shirt with Aboriginal patterns in red and yellow.

Police have been told Izack may be travelling to the Caringbah area.
