Police appeal to locate teenage girl missing from Sydney's west 29 August

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Sydney's west.

Parasto Awahdi, aged 14, was last seen at her home on Chester Hill Road, Chester Hill, about 9pm on Saturday (27 August 2022).

When she did not return home, officers attached to Bankstown Police Area Command were notified yesterday (Sunday 28 August 2022) and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Family and police hold concerns for Parasto's welfare due to her age.

Parasto is described as being of Indian/Sub-continental appearance, about 155cm to 165cm tall, of thin build, with black hair and brown eyes.

It is unknown what she was last wearing.
