Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from the Blue Mountains area.
Aminah Alaoui, aged 15, was last seen on Lett Street, Katoomba, about 4am today (Wednesday 24 June 2026).
Officers attached to Blue Mountains Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Police hold concerns for her welfare due to her age.
Aminah is described as being of Middle Eastern/Mediterranean appearance, about 155cm tall, of slim build, with blonde hair and black eyes.
She was last seen wearing a black hooded jumper, black/white shoes and carrying a black backpack.
Aminah is believed to frequent the Leura and Menangle Park areas.
