Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Sydney's inner west.
Catherine Altham, aged 14, was last seen on Thomas Street, Lewisham, about 10.20am yesterday (Monday 27 July 2026).
When she was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Burwood Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Police and her family hold concerns for Catherine's welfare as she requires regular medication.
Catherine is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, of slim build, with brown hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a purple top with a white pattern, a dark jacket and grey checkered pants.
Catherine is known to frequent the Earlwood area.
Following inquiries, police believe Catherine may have been in the Wallsend area about 2.55pm on Monday 27 July 2026.
