Police appeal to locate woman missing from Fairfield Heights

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's west.

Merna Kasha, aged 18, was last seen when a family member dropped her off on Kihilla Street, Fairfield Heights, about 8pm on Thursday 28 April 2022.

It's believed she was in contact with family a few days later but hasn't been seen since, and officers from Fairfield City Police Area Command have commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Merna is described as being of Middle Eastern/Mediterranean appearance, about 160cm tall, slim build, with dark brown shoulder-length hair and brown eyes.

She has a tattoo along the middle of her back, and piercings in her lip, nose, and cheek.

Merna uses public transport to travel and is known to frequent the Fairfield Heights and Liverpool areas.
