Police appeal to locate woman missing from Riverstone

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's north west.

Leslie Weldon, aged 58, was last seen her home on Piccadilly Street, Riverstone, about 6am today (Tuesday 20 September 2022).

She was reported missing to officers attached to Riverstone Police Area Command who commenced inquiries to locate her.

Family and police hold concerns for her welfare due to Leslie living with dementia and Alzheimer's.

Leslie is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, about 150cm tall, of small build, with grey hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a pink jumper, trackpants and hot pink joggers. Leslie was possibly carrying a green Woolworths bag.
