Police appeal to locate woman missing from Sydney's west 16 October

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's west.

Abirami Thadsanamorthy, aged 32, was last seen at an address on Newman Street, Merrylands, about 12pm yesterday (Saturday 15 October 2022).

When she could not be contacted, officers attached to Cumberland Police Area Command were notified who immediately commenced inquiries to locate her.

Family and police hold serious concerns for her welfare as she lives with a number of medical conditions.

Abirami is described as being of Indian Sub Continental appearance, large build, about 170cm tall, with black curly hair in a ponytail.

She was last seen wearing a long pink/salmon coloured dress with a red trundle bag and an RM Williams bag.

Abirami is known to frequent the eastern suburbs, in particular the cemeteries around the Coogee and Maroubra areas.
