Police appeal to locate youth missing from Sydney's west

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a youth reported missing from Sydney's west.

Lachie Hunter, aged 16, was last seen at a home in Rosehill, about 2pm on Saturday (26 November 2022).

When he did not return home, officers from Cumberland Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries to locate him.

Lachie is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 155cm tall, of thin build and has short brown hair.

Police hold concerns for his welfare due to his age.

He is known to frequent the Parramatta, Rosehill, Lidcombe, Hurstville, Sutherland, Blacktown and Riverstone areas, and uses trains and buses.
