Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 1-year-old Tomlyn Cole-Dumais.
Tomlyn was last seen at a Nepean Highway hotel in Mornington on 28 November.
It is believed he may be with his mother.
He is described as having light blond hair and blue eyes.
It is believed he may be in the Frankston or Seaford area.
Police have released an image of Tomlyn in the hope someone recognises him.
Anyone who sights Tomlyn or has information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Frankston Police Station on 9784 5555.
