Police are searcing for two children, Tyler and Indianna, and their mother Jody.
The trio were last seen in Belmont on 2 May and have not been seen since.
Tyler is 4-years-old, Indianna is 2-years-old and Jody is 29-years-old.
Photo's have been released in the hope someone recognises them and can provide information on their whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Tyler, Indianna or Jody or has information on their whereabouts is urged to contact Geelong Police Station on 5225 3100.
