Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Paul Kelly.
The 77-year-old was last seen at a Westfield Shopping Centre in Geelong on 13 June.
Concerns are held for Paul's welfare as he requires medical attention.
It's believed he is currently in a wheelchair and may be travelling to Torquay.
An image of Paul has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
He is described as having a thin build, blue eyes, shaved head, long white beard and a bandage on his left leg.
Anyone who sees Paul or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Corio Police Station on 5273 9555.
