Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 14-year-old Lesley Johnson.
Lesley was last seen on 22 October at approximately 6.20pm in the Morwell area.
Police have concerns for Lesley due to her age and a medical condition that requires medication.
Lesley is approximately 160cm tall with a fair complexion, long brown hair and green eyes.
She is known to frequent the Latrobe Valley, Morwell, Moe, Leongatha and surrounding areas.
Police have released an image of Lesley in the hope that someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Lesley is asked to contact the Morwell Police Station on 5131 5000.
