Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Emily Czelusta.
The 31-year-old Greensborough woman was last seen on 27 July at a shopping centre on Murray Street Preston about 12.30pm.
Police and family hold concerns for Emily's welfare as she has a medical condition.
An image of Emily has been released in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her whereabouts.
Emily is described as about 160cm tall with a slim build and long brown hair.
She was last seen wearing a white jumper, light blue denim jeans with black boots and she was carrying a black bag.
Anyone who sights Emily or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Heidelberg Police Station on 9450 8000.
