Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Creswick woman Melissa Fry.
The 37-year-old was last seen leaving her Reed Street home about 10pm on Saturday, 3 August.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare as her disappearance is out of character.
Melissa is described as being about 176cm tall with blonde hair, blue eyes, medium build and fair complexion.
She was last seen wearing black tracksuit pants and a grey hoodie.
It's believed she may be driving her 1999 silver Ford Falcon sedan with registration PTU 464.
Anyone who sees Melissa or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Ballarat North Police Station on 5331 2816.
