Police are investigating the circumstances following a fatal collision in Emerald on Tuesday, 11 August
Officers have been told a truck collided with a pedestrian on Lawsons Road about 4.05pm.
The pedestrian sadly died while being transported to hospital.
He is yet to be formally identified.
Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
The driver of the truck, a 72-year-old Emerald man, was uninjured and remained at the scene.
