Emergency services have responded to a two-vehicle collision in Merrijig this evening.
It is believed the vehicles collided on Mt Buller Road near Mimosa Drive just before 9.30pm.
There were three occupants in the first vehicle.
The female occupant from that vehicle has died at the scene.
A male from that vehicle has been airlifted to hospital with serious injuries, a second male from that vehicle has been taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The male driver and only occupant of the second vehicle has been airlifted to hospital in a serious condition.
All are yet to be formally identified at this stage.
