Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal collision which occurred in Mount Waverley this morning.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of Waverley Road and Stephensons Road about 6.40am after reports of a collision between a truck and cyclist.
Ambulance crews treated a male cyclist at the scene but unfortunately he could not be revived.
The driver of the truck stopped at the scene and is currently speaking with police.
