Police Are Responding To Fatal Crash At Suttontown

A man has died in a fatal crash at Suttontown, near Mount Gambier, in the State's southeast last night.

The single car crash occurred on Hinton Road, Suttontown about 9.45pm on Sunday 28 December.

The Holden sedan, containing four people, left the road and crashed into a tree.

Sadly, the driver, a 31-year-old Millicent man, died at the scene.

His three passengers, a 28-year-old man, a 29-year-old woman and a 12-year-old boy, all sustained injuries and were taken to hospital by ambulance. Fortunately, their injuries are not considered life-threatening.

Major crash investigators attended and examined the scene overnight.

Investigations into the crash are ongoing.
