Police are responding to fatal crash, Boonah

Police are investigating a fatal two vehicle crash in Boonah this afternoon (February 5).

Initial information indicates just after 4pm, a car and motorcycle were heading in opposite directions along Yeates Avenue before they collided.

A 32-year-old Maroondan man riding the motorcycle was transported from the scene for treatment, but passed away from his injuries.

A 60-year-old Boonah woman driving the other vehicle was not injured.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
