Forensic Crash Unit officers are investigating after a man died in a two vehicle crash this morning in Bowenville, south west of Dalby.
Preliminary investigations indicate at 9.10am a car was travelling west on the Warrego Highway when it collided with the side of a semi-trailer heading in the opposite direction.
The driver of the car and sole occupant, an 86-year-old Ipswich man, died at the scene.
Investigations are continuing.
