Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal crash in Hoppers Crossing this afternoon.
Investigators have been told a motorcyclist and passenger came off their bike on Guinane Avenue about 1.30pm on 4 October.
Sadly, the yet-to-be formally identified rider died at the scene.
The female passenger was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The circumstances surrounding the crash are yet to be established and the investigation is ongoing.
