Police Are Responding To Fatal Crash, Labrador

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a single-vehicle crash at Labrador yesterday, 20 March, following the death of the female passenger.

Initial inquiries indicate that around 3.40pm, a car crashed into a house on Robert Street.

The 89-year-old female passenger was transported to hospital in a critical condition but was declared deceased a short time later.

The 91-year-old male driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was also transported to hospital.

The circumstances surrounding the crash are being investigated.

Anyone with information or dashcam footage is urged to contact police.
