Police are responding to fatal crash - Marsfield

A man has died following a two-vehicle crash in Sydney's north-west.

Shortly before 4pm today (Saturday 3 June 2023), emergency services responded to reports of a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Epping Road and Culloden Road, Marsfield.

NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the 60-year-old driver and an 84-year-old passenger – both males – from a Subaru Imprezza at the location. However, the older man died at the scene.

The 66-year-old female driver of a Toyota Camry was also treated at the scene by paramedics.

Both drivers were taken to Royal North Shore Hospital in a stable condition.

Officers from Ryde Police Area Command have established a crime scene are awaiting the arrival of specialist officers from the Crash Investigation Unit.

Major traffic delays are being experienced and motorists are urged to avoid the area.
