Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating a fatal crash that occurred in South Hedland today, Sunday 6 August 2023.
About 6.15am, a Toyota Landcruiser was travelling north on Collier Drive, near Wambiri Street, when it left the roadway and rolled.
A 31-year-old male passenger of the Toyota was taken to Hedland Health Campus; however, died as a result of his injuries a short time later.
The 35-year-old male driver of the Toyota and a 40-year-old male passenger received minor injuries.
