Police Are Responding To Fatal Crash - Ulmarra

A woman has died following a crash in the state's north yesterday.

About 4.50pm yesterday (Tuesday 28 October 2025), emergency services were called to Coldstream Street, Ulmarra – about 15km north of Grafton – following reports of a crash.

Officers attached to Coffs/Clarence Police District attended and were told a white 4WD had hit a pedestrian, before driving off along Big River Way towards Grafton.

NSW Ambulance paramedics treated a 55-year-old woman for serious injuries; however, she died at the scene.

Police declared a crime scene and commenced an investigation into the circumstances of the crash.

A report will be prepared for the coroner.
