Police are responding to fatal crash, Withcott

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating following the death of a man in a single-vehicle crash on the Toowoomba Connection Road (Toowoomba Range) at Withcott this morning (September 30).

Initial inquiries indicate at around 9.40am a utility travelling eastbound left the road and collided with a tree.

The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, a 34-year-old South Toowoomba man, was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The Forensic Crash Unit is asking for anyone who may have witnessed the crash, or anyone with dash-cam footage, to contact police.
