Police are responding to serious crash, Ipswich

Police are seeking witnesses to a serious car and motorcycle crash at Camira this afternoon.

Around 2pm today, a black Suzuki GSX-R 750 was travelling west along Kertes Road when it collided with a red Toyota Carolla.

The 39-year-old male rider was transported to hospital where he remains in a critical condition.

The driver of the car, a 44-year-old man, was not physically injured.

Crash investigators are appealing to anyone who witnessed or may have footage of the incident, or the motorcycle in the area at the time, to come forward

Investigations continue.
