A driver was arrested after crashing his vehicle into a fence at Fulham Gardens last night.
About 8.30pm on Friday 2 January, a traffic patrol spotted a Mazda travelling at speed on Tapley's Hill Road, Fulham Gardens. The traffic patrol conducted a u-turn with the intention of pulling the car over.
The Mazda failed to stop and attempted to turn into a side street, however the driver lost control and crashed into a low brick wall.
The driver, a 21-year-old man from Lower Light, was arrested and charged with driving without due care, speed dangerous, fail to stop, and property damage.
He was refused police bail and will appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court on Monday 5 January.
He was also issued with an immediate loss of licence.
