Detectives from the Public Protection Branch yesterday (Monday 1 April) arrested a 29-year-old man from the Eyre Western area for two counts of failing to comply with his reporting obligations.
He has been bailed to appear in the Port Lincoln Magistrates Court on 14 May.

It is an offence against Section 67 of the Child Sex Offenders Registration Act for a person to disclose information obtained under the Act which includes the name of a registrable offender.
