Police have arrested a man following a deliberately lit fire at Morphett Vale.
Just before 1pm on Saturday 29 June, patrols and fire crews were called to Valentine Street where a two units were on fire.
The units were completely destroyed and police will allege the occupant of one of the units started the fire in the lounge room.
He was arrested at the scene and has been charged with arson.
The 58-year-old has been refused bail and will appear in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court on Monday.
